Busy Premium (8142) where I was repeatedly called “boss” and where I bought the “hot chicken” dish with its frustrating bone fragments because there was no chicken tikə (00:50). Smartphone exhausted all its power but I didn’t feel like starting to recharge it there when I was so close to home. As I was leaving, chicken tikə was being replenished from the kitchen. Can of Dr Pepper from Jaks.

Charged my smartphone at home but then forgot to check in at KF, Northern Blvd (05:06). Two loud, annoying little girls there, one of whom was dancing in the aisle by energetically throwing her body into extreme positions. Saw bearded Vict’r F. entering upon my return and we greeted one another. (See cyan clothbound A6+ Clairefontaine notebook 7 Dec.)

Fasting day but for some leftover mango slices. Went to a number of discount stores and thought that was productive.

37th Ave. (8143–45). Failed attempt to photograph young man and dog (8143). “Free drying” sign (8144). “Tomoto” sign (8145).

Bought a five‐piece plastic ruler set at Sam just to get the circle stencil therein.

Roosevelt Ave. (8146–58). Men unloading colorful things from truck (8146). Blurry jackhammer (8147). Colorful tables and chairs (8148). Construction where the church used to be (8149). Palenque balloons and sign (8150–51). Very tall piece of equipment in use etc. (8152–54, 8157). Blurry underwear at T Mobile (8155–56). Bought double‐sided tape and little cushions for my thrift‐shop hiking shoes at PR.

Visited impressive Food Express supermarket on 63rd St. but took no photos.

Roosevelt Ave. Bought headbands in 99¢P to fit my cyan clothbound A6+ Clairefontaine notebook (11:51). “We Like To Move It” awning at LBC (8158).
