3rd Grade News
Dear parents,
Our readers have been analyzing their character’s thoughts and feelings. The students came up with an initial idea of their character and found patterns in their books to support that idea. They also worked on a theory about their character in the story.
This week our mathematicians shared their mathematical thinking by using the base ten pieces to build different numbers. The students review place value by using tens, hundreds, ones, and thousands.
Next week, on December 7th we will have a Field Trip to La Hacienda el Progreso (Cafe las Flores) at Mombacho from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please return the permission slip no later than Tuesday, December 5th, 2023. The students need to bring a water bottle, ANS Tiger shirt, jeans, and walking shoes.
