Kindergarten News
Dear Kindergarten Families,
What an amazing week children had! They have been demonstrating growth in all of their subject areas. In Writing workshop students started to write a new genre: " How To" books. Over the weekend if you do any activities you can have them practice telling you the steps to do the activity. This will help translate these skills to their writing. In Spanish Literacy, students keep growing their reading stamina.
In Math, kids were introduced to 4 new workplaces, they continue to explore and learn more about shapes and their attributes.
In Expeditions students celebrated by making their own Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches and Fruit Salad.
Today we sent out Friday Feedback folders, you will receive a writing, please send back as they are still working on it. The rest of the materials you are welcome to keep at home.
