4th Grade News
Dear parents,
It was so nice to see all of your children this week after our long weekend break. We were surprised to see that they came back eager to keep learning and growing as independent and curious tigers. Thank you for the support that you are giving us at home, it does make a big difference! In addition, our students are creating their own Magazine Holders with Cereal Boxes. Please help us and send your child next week with a Cereal Box. This will become his/her magazine holder for this school year!
Important Note:
We have noticed in the past few weeks that the larger portion of the 4th grade class is unable to read an analog clock. This is something we have spoken about in class and we believe it is a valuable skill. Although it is not something within the ANS curriculum for grade four, we have spent some time discussing how clocks function. This is a simple skill you can bring into the home to support your child. If there is an analog clock within the home, occasionally have a conversation around the time and have your child figure it out.
