3rd Grade News

Dear parents,

Our writers have been working hard to show how they can deepen their work when writing essays to create stronger pieces of writing. The students have been gathering evidence from the text to support their thesis.

In math, unit 4 is coming to an end and we are ready to begin our new unit 5 on multiplication, finding area and perimeter. Please continue to practice with your child telling the time at home. Here is the Interactive Clock to help you do that.

For our Valentine’s Day celebration please make sure that your child brings a card to every student in their class. We would also like for you to send an empty cereal box (small size) by Feb. 13th the latest, from each student.
