Kindergarten News

Good afternoon Kindergarten Families,

We finished our fourth Kindergarten Expedition, Musical Hearts. In this expedition students explored music and how instruments can make sound. Students learned how different instruments and materials can make different sounds. Students also learned that music can make us feel different emotions and that we react differently to different kinds of music. Please click on the following link for the unit overview.

This week students started a new unit in expeditions called "From Seed to Plant"

Looking ahead, we want to share some additional information about the Kindergarten Promotion Ceremony. Students will wear a white collared polo shirt and dark skirts, shorts/pants and close toed dark colored shoes. Girls should wear their hair down since they will be wearing their caps.
