Dear families,

We are happy to see the growth in our Tigers! They have been working hard in Math to compare and order fractions. And in Content they received a very informative speech from a guest speaker. Students were amazed with new information and highly engaged with asking questions.

We strongly encourage our students to practice reading at home, practice their multiplication skills, and ask questions. In reading, they should be able to discuss with their parents the exposition (setting), rising and falling actions, climax, and the resolution of the story. They should also be able to describe the characters in their story. Please make sure to continue to use the Character choice board and bring it on Fridays for the homeroom teacher to revise.

• On February 14, 2024, our school is celebrating Friendship Day. Room moms can coordinate with their homeroom teacher for what they have chosen to send.

• We would also like for you to send an empty cereal box (small size) by Feb. 2nd the latest, from each student.

• Our Tiger’s Trait is Well Rounded. What does it mean to be Well-Rounded?
