1st Grade News

Dear Tiger Parents,

This is such an exciting time of year for the kids! Our students have been excited to share their series books, it allows our potential writers to create an ongoing relationship with their readers. In phonics, we have been learning through regular checkups to identify words they need to practice, our tigers have invented ways to really learn those words by heart. Math gives us creative ways to learn by counting and computing on the number line with true and memorable context, Hansel and Gretel counting pebbles with us along paths, so we didn't miss the chance to practice counting, reading, and writing numbers to 120 as a whole group. Thank you for being part of our “First Grade Parents Workshop”, as you can see, we are growing as leaders in our community. Thank you so much for your attendance and continued support.

We are better together. Your support is greatly appreciated !
