Reading & Language Arts:

Science: 

• I can identify and describe the parts of a food chain, including the sun, producers, consumers, and decomposers.

• I can explain how energy moves through a food chain.

• I can describe what might happen if one part of a food chain is removed.

• I can identify how changes in the environment (like floods or droughts) can affect plants and animals. 

• I can identify fossils as evidence of plants and animals that lived long ago.
