Welcome back to school.  What an exciting start to our year! We started the first few days working on  procedures, getting organized, and team building activities.  We have loved getting to know our new students and look forward to a fantastic year together!

Chromebook Computers

- Please remind children to take good care of computers; carry with two hands, keep away from food, drinks, and little brothers or sisters.  Each night we ask that you have a special place to charge the chromebooks and double check that they make it in your child's backpack in the morning.  We will talk to the students about how it is their responsibility, but please help them for the first couple weeks.

***Please send in earbuds or headphones that plug into your child's chromebook.  Label them with your child's name if possible.  

Curriculum 

Language Arts: I can identify and differentiate between first-person and third-person point of view in literary texts.

Math: I can help build a classroom community of mathematicians.

Science: I can use scientific practices to plan and conduct descriptive investigations and use engineering practices to design solutions to problems. 

Social Studies: I can analyze the reasons why communities are formed and evaluate the importance of the rule of law. I can examine how I fit into various communities.
