The Concept of Freedom according to the Communitarianism Trend

Abstract

The authenticity of the Communitarianism trend, as a political philosophy, lies in its direct focus on a range of differences related to freedom, society and democracy, and its attempt to unite the values of society with the democratic values of personal freedom and equality. Its ideal is a democratic society. This trend was proposed as a revisionist current of post liberalism, taking its form from the flaws and excesses of liberalism and its individualist doctrine. Its purpose is to place the welfare of societies rather than personal freedom at the center of their attention, by consolidating the values of society in the public sphere, rather than maximizing individualism and absolute freedom, because the accelerating pace of social change in the past few decades has now moved society with its problems to the center of political discourse. Accordingly, the groups defined their concept of freedom through their analysis of society, and believe that the concept of individual freedom should be analyzed from the perspective of society as well. With this perception, the collectivist tendency becomes less inclined than liberals to worry about deprivation of personal freedom, in the name of the common good and the common good. Their basic argument is that if an individual wants to enjoy his freedom, he must abide by the boundaries, regulations and goals of the society in which he lives. From this perception, they defined freedom as a concept that has a relative meaning, not an absolute. Any search for freedom outside the framework of society is futile.

الملخص

مفهوم الحرية عند الإتجاه الجماعاتي

 تكمن أصالة الفلسفة السياسية للإتجاه الجماعاتي وفكره السياسي بتركيز بشكل مباشر على مجموعة من الخلافات المتعلقة بالحرية والمجتمع والديمقراطية، ومحاولته في توحيد قيم المجتمع مع القيم الديمقراطية للحرية الشخصية والمساواة. مثلها الأعلى هو مجتمع ديمقراطي. تم إقتراح هذا الإتجاه على أنها تيار تصحيحي لما بعد الليبرالية، وأتخذ شكلها من عيوب وتجاوزات الليبرالية ومذهبه الفرداني. الغرض منه هو وضع رفاهية المجتمعات بدل الحرية الشخصية في مركز اهتمامهم، من خلال ترسيخ قيم المجتمع في المجال العام، بدل تعظيم الفردانية وحريته المطلقة، لأن الوتيرة المتسارعة للتغير الاجتماعي، في العقود القليلة الماضية قد نقلت الآن المجتمع بمشاكله إلى مركز الخطاب السياسي. وعليه حدد الجماعاتيون مفهومهم للحرية من خلال تحليلهم للمجتمع، ويرون أن مفهوم حرية الفرد يجب أن يتم تحليله من منظور المجتمع ايضاً. وبهذا التصور يصبح الإتجاه الجماعاتي أقل ميلاً من الليبراليين إلى القلق من حرمان من الحرية الشخصية، بأسم المصلحة العامة والخير المشترك. وتتجلى مقولتهم الأساسية في: إذا آراد الفرد أن يتمتع بحريته، يجب عليه أن يلتزم بالحدود والأنظمة والأهداف للمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه. ومن هذا التصور، عرفوا الحرية بأنها مفهوم لها معنى نسبي، وليست مطلقة. وإي بحث عن الحرية خارج إطار المجتمع يعتبر بحثاً غير مجدي.

 ڕەسەنایەتی ئاڕستەی كۆمگاگەرایی، وەك ئاڕاستەیەكی فەلسەفی سیاسی، خۆی دەبینێتەوە لە جەخت كردنەوەیەكی ڕاستەوخۆ لەسەر كۆمەڵێك بەهای سەرەكی كە بونەتە جێگەی مشتومڕی تیۆرە سیاسیەكانی لە هزری سیاسی هاوچەرخدا. گرنگترینی ئەو بەهایەنەش بریتین لە ئازادی و كۆمەڵگەو دیموكراتی. هەروەها ڕسەنایەتی ئەم ئاڕستەیە خۆی بەرجەستە دەكات لە هەوڵەكانیان بۆ بدیهێنانی جۆرێك لە یەكگرتن و پێكەوە گونجاندن لە نێوان كۆمەڵگەو بەهاكانی دیموكراتی بەتایبەتی ئازادی تاكە كەس و بەهای یەكسانی، ئامانجی باڵایان بریتیە لە بەدیهێنانی كۆمەڵگەیەكی سەقامگیرو دیموكراتی. وەك ئاڕستەیەكی چاكسازی بەدەركەوت، شكڵی تەواویشی ئەو كاتە وەرگرت كە پەنجەی خستە سەر كەموكوڕیەكانی لیبڕالیزم بەتایبەتی جەختكردنیان لەسەر پرنسیپی تاك گەرایی و پیرۆزكردنی ئازادی تاكە كەس؛ لەبەرامبەردا ئامانجی كۆمگاگەراییەكان بریتیە لە جەختكردنوەو لەسەر خۆشگوزەرانی كۆمەڵگە لەبری بەپیرۆزكردنی ئازادی تاكە كەس، بەو پێیەی كە گۆڕنكاریە خێراییەكانی كۆمەڵگە كۆمەڵایەتییەكان وای كرد كە كێشە كۆمەڵایەتییەكان گرنگی دان بە بەها كۆمەڵایەتییەكان ببێتە بابەتێكی سەرەكی ووتاری سیاسی. لەم ڕوانگەیەوە، بیرمەندانی ئاڕاستەی كۆمگاگەرایی پێیان وابوو كە هەر پێناسەیەك كە بكرێت بۆ چەمكی ئازادی، پێویستە لە ڕێگەی شیكردنەوەی كۆۆمەڵگەوە بێت. هەربۆیە كۆمگاگەراییەكان بە پێچەوانەی لیبڕالیزمەكان گرنگی ئەوتۆیان بە ئازادی كەسیەتی نەئەدا لەبەرامبەر گرنگی پێدانیان بە بەرژەوەندی گشتی كۆمەڵگە، هەروەها پێیان وایە كە ئەگەر تاك بیەوێت چێژ لە ئازادییەكەی وەربگرێت پێویستە پابەند بێت بە سنووری سیستەم و ئامانجەكانی ئەو كۆمەڵگەیەی كە تیایدا دەژی. لەم ڕوانگەیەوە پێناسەی ئازادی لەلایان بریتیە لەوەی كە ئازادی چەمكێكە كە مانایەكی ڕێژەیی هەیە، نەك ڕەها. هەر هەوڵێك بۆ بەرجەستەكردنی ئازادی تاك لەدەرەوەی كۆمەڵگە، هەوڵێكی بێ هودایە.
