Step to the side, weight is on that leg
Place the contralateral hand on the floor in front and in line with the foot that made the step and put your weight in it
Place the knee on the ground and leen back to put the weight in it
Press the first hand in the floor and push with a clockwise rotation-press on the floor in order to make a quarter turn, while sweeping the other leg outstretched close to the floor
During this turn, the other hand may help
The hand that made the rotation movement stretches out to now place this shoulder and put weight in it
