This is tackling to being able to bring the centre of mass back above the base of support
Handstand against the wall, very close
Back to wall, toes stretched
Fingers grip the floor
The movement comes out of the fingers, not by pushing with the toes
First progression
The support of the heel is getting lighter
Second progression
Just slightly come off the wall, very short, come back controlled
Third progression
Come off the wall controlled, hold for 3 sec, go back without making any sound with the toes
Possible to do this with a spotting-partner to help you not to fall out by undershooting
