Squat
Inward rotation left hand placing it beside left foot (fingers pointing back, pink hand is dan naast kleine teen)
Stretch out right leg to side
Rotate to right
Place right hand beside the left in the same line
Swipe right leg from side to middle and bend
Stretch out left leg and swipe it to the left (leaning on right hand pisiforme) and bend while turning and rotating back to squat
The squat at begin and end is on the full foot, the squat in the rotation is on the toes
