This is tackling to being able to bring the centre of mass back above the base of support
Chest to wall, close to the wall, as closer to the wall the easier, so start close and progress to standing farther away
The movement getting off the wall doesn't come by pushing with the toes, it comes out of the shoulders and finding balance
Point the toes leaning against the wall
Apply all the handstand pointers
Move one leg towards the room
Make the support of the toe that's still at the wall lighter by pushing out of the shoulders and bringing the shoulders more above the wrists
Leave the wall and bring the legs together, really press them together
Stay there for about 3 sec and sissor the other leg to the wall, in control, without banging back into the wall
Do this again with the other leg
Work in sets with about 6 times sissoring and come then out by walking down
