Or use the hand to support on the floor or don't
Turn to the lunge
The front leg is straight and travels 180 degree
You're facing the same side where you began
This is supported by the other hand on the floor
Now change the active toe of the back leg to a flat toe and sit on the bend leg like in a extreme deep lunge
Rotational sit up
Fall to the side and perform a rotational sit up, this is the first time the straight leg is bend
This means that the straight leg is still straight and traveling again in a circle
Arms up here is a nicer way to mimic the windmill-like legs
Get up with the contralateral leg (to the leg that did the windmill motion) straight to the side
Overal performance
Try to don't stop
Let the rotational momentum lead the movement
Think about the rotation in the spine, lead from the head
Make the straight windmill like leg move as clear as possible
