The eyes leed the motion, they go first, the head follows, then the spine, hips, legs
Lean on one leg (right), look to the side, behind, side and beginpoint again an let the rest of the body follow to do a forward spin
Land on the other leg (left), the weight is here to prepare the next step with the other leg
Look straight back to the other side
Step lunge with the leg (right) to the back
Make a half turn while the weight stays on the one leg (right), the other foot (left) crosses and just drags on the side of the foot, you look to the same site where you began
Then place this last foot (left) on the ground and make a step lunge with the other (right) while turning.
Land on both feet now looking at the oppsite site to where you began
