Yuval Ayalon class
Back to wall handstand
Relaxed somewhat bend legs against the wall (whole foot against the wall)
Gaze between the fingers
Move your shoulders so your gaze will fall in front of your fingers
So, you're leaning forward, overbending the wrists (what you actually never should do in a handstand)
In this exercise, don't fight the overbending
Relax the hands, let the wrists just bend, don't do the bending active, it happens threw the shoulder movement
See it as a wrist stretch, but don't go till there's pain
Incorporate this feeling in the Small tugg handstand-variations
