Begin standing
Contralateral movement with the hand on the ground with 180º turn
Basically: its a half forward spin before standing in a lunge to begin with the rotational sit-up
Move from one hand to the next for weight shift
Keep one leg as straight as possible, swinging around
Get up again in a) cosac squat facing the same side as the beginning or b) with a half-spin facing the opposite side (video)
