Progression 1
Squat
Place hands to the side both on the ground, straight ellbows, leaning the weight into the hands
Side flexion
Straighten the inner leg, go on tip toes, the foot is turning sidewards
The outer leg goes up, knee bend
Look through the arms to the front, head down
Go back to the begin position
Repeat on the other side
Possible to combine this with half Rotational bridges
Progression 2
Squat
Placing both hands on the ground on a sideward line, leaning in to the weight
Side flexion
Straighten the inner leg to tip toe, bringing the outer leg above, knee bend
Looking in between the arms to the front, head down
Pressing the hips up above the arms
Second leg now bend above while the first leg is traveling straightend to the side to the ground
Like a cardwheel but without the momentum and with this leg-play from straight to bend to straight
Combine with a Rotational bridge (half or whole)
