The eyes leed the motion, they go first, the head follows, then the spine, hips, legs
Lean on one leg (right), look to the side, behind, side and beginpoint again an let the rest of the body follow to do a forward spin
Land on the other leg (left)
Look diagonal to the floor
The right leg is prepared (weight is on the left leg) to do a step lunge back
Place both hands ond the floor to make a half turn
Hop with the forward leg (right) to make a one leg-cardwheel
Land on both feet with half a turn, you look to the same side where you began
