Stand with both feet hipwidth apart
Lift left leg up to the back while making the typical rotation in the body for contralateral and placing the right hand to the floor, slightly next to the right foot.
You are now looking up side down to the opposite side.
Place the left hand and then the left leg and therefore moving further in the leftside direction from where you began.
The right leg places again the the right side, what gives the impression that you step back in de rightside direction.
