This is tackling to being able to bring the centre of mass back above the base of support
Chest to wall, close to the wall
The movement getting off the wall doesn't come by pushing with the toes, it comes out of the shoulders (in the movie below with the guy and girl in black, you see actually that they're moving from the hips, that's not really what it should be)
The shoulders are the hips when you stand on your feet and you would fall back
Toes lean flexed against the wall
Possible to do this with a spotting-partner to help you not to fall out by overshooting
First progression
The support of the toe is getting lighter
Second progression
Straigten one toe (so it's off the wall) while still pressing the heels together
Make the second toe (still leaning against the wall) light
Just slightly come off the wall, very short, come back controlled
Third progression
Straighten first toe
Straighten second toe, hold free standing for 3 sec
Come back controlled
Switch between which foot begins straightening
5 sets without coming down
Fourth progression
Press the feet above one another together, so not besides each other
This will give you a better understanding about where your feet are
Come off the wall with the toe that's still against the wall, which means you're balancing
See movie below, guy and girl in black, they're moving from the hips, the movement should come out of the shoulders
