Rotate outside and place the hands on the floor
Put weight on both hands (don't place them too far away, bend ellbows are necessary to allow pressure built up)
Feel the rotation in hands and feet, the force that will help you to circel around
Use the upper leg, straight, as extra sweeping momentum
Propel yourself around by at the same time lowering to the ground, laying on hip and shoulder
Make yourself small exept for the outstretched leg
