Picture four sides: Wall A, turning to the right, Wall B, then Wall C (opposite), then Wall D.
Start standing looking at wall A and make a forward spin to the left by placing the weight on the standing (left) foot and leading the turn with the eyes, head, spine
Make a drag-spin by stepping, forward spin 180 º with dragging the free (right) foot over the floor, then placing the weight on the dragged foot and ending with the other half spin. Now looking at wall C: the opposite side from where you started.
Continue the spin in the same direction to look at Wall B
Lower down to a squat and make a rolé, ending it with facing Wall B.
Begin a rotational sit up to the left, but only half of it
When in the middle, lift up your hips and do a hip role, turning 180º by pulling with the left hand on the floor, now looking at Wall B again
Continue with a get up via the right knee, trying not to lower the hips sinds you lifted them for the hip role
Now leaning on the left hand, in a half bridge position swing the right arm over to do pullo di gatto (when you really bend far in a bridge you see wall B up site down)
Coming out of the pulo di gatto, immidiately circle further, place the weight on the left leg and continue this spin further in the same direction in upright position (half a spin more), ending by facing Wall B.
