Combinaties van alle onderdelen maken
Oefenen met twee of drie onderdelen, daarna pas uitbouwen naar freestyle improvisatie
1) Isolate = One boxed movement, parts explaind, practicing over and over (like the step behind)
2) Integrate = Glue together two or more patterns (like the step behind and the crab), glue or fuse, fusion is really fluently stick the end of one pattern together with the beginning of the next
3) Improvise = going from A to B with chosen patterns ; 3 rules: a) sequential quality = fluent articulation; b) don't stop c) don't repeat yourself
Example of a system to think about different combinations and where to glue them together
Tikki a and b
There can be a forward or backward movement in the tikki. In the Rot. push up there is a backward movement in the second part (b) of the first tikki tikki. When coming out there's a forward momentum in the beginning of the tikki tikki (a). Hence the arrows in the system.
So when you glue together Rot. push up and Pullo di gatto, you will have to change from the forward momentum (B5 a) to the backward momentum (C1 b). You could write it down as B1 - 5aC1b - 5.
