Y. A. class 2021
Set up
Hands on the floor, shoulder width
Feel the palm of the hand, feel the fingertips
Lock the ellbows
The first leg (that's the leg that goes up first) floats close above the floor, toe pointed
Play with the disctance between hands and feet
Round the back to tune in into bringing the shoulders above the wrists
When kicking up with the rear leg, try to keep the distance between the two legs the same till the first leg is straight
Keep always tension in the legs
Bring the hip above the shoulders
Half kick-up
Don't come till there's balance, just practice the kicking-up
But concentrate on the tension in the extremeties
And on keeping the same distance between the two legs during the movement
L-shape kick-up
Kick-up with the rear leg
Keep the distance between both legs the same
Bring the first leg to straight, while the rear leg is pointing to the wall (L-shape)
Don't stay there but slow the movement down to close the rear leg next to the bottom leg
Movie at the bottom (not the guy in front, but the girl and the guy with greenish shirt)
Movie of myself: still practicing, "Katja, keep the legs straighter, don't kick up with the first leg only with the rear leg, slightly almost pauze at the point where you've your personal L-position (not horizontal) and slow the movement more down when closing the rear leg"
L-negative against the wall
Back to wall
Rest the butt (stick it out) against the wall
Move one leg down to L-position (if it's not totally horizontal, it's okay, just come to your comfortable position)
Push to float the leg that's leaning to come off the wall
Or come down or first close both legs to straight
Cardwheel kick-up (entry to handstand)
Enteryng like the L-shape kick up
Only placing the hands one after another
And move on a diagonal line, in the middle is a straddle
