Civil War Unit 2 Essay: The Emancipation Proclamation
The Emancipation Proclamation Essay:
I will host a live class at 1:00 pm MT on Tue, 10-20 on the topic of the Unit 2 Essay, The Emancipation Proclamation. In this live class, we will go over the Emancipation Proclamation by looking at the Proclamation itself, putting the act in context, and looking at it's consequences. Once we've done that, the organization for this essay will become fairly clear, and we'll then create an essay map and send you on your merry way. The Proclamation, attacking the South's "Peculiar Institution" was issued in 1862, only one year into the fighting. Was Lincoln mad or a mad genius? This will become crystal clear once you attend this class. To get in, click the following link: Trehal's Live Office/Classroom
