Interpreting History/Special Projects Class 9-14

Post date: Sep 14, 2011 5:48:19 PM

Hi All,

Now that both cohorts are busily working away in their classes, I would like to take an opportunity to help students understand how I work as a teacher and what to expect in my classes. Specifically, I want to address how to interpret/understand history and I want to explain Special Projects in my classes and the use of my website to my students. In order to do this, I will be hosting a live class at 10:00 am MT on Wed, 9-14 at the following link:Interpreting History/Special Projects Live Class 9-14. In addition to explaining how Special Projects work, attendance in this live class counts toward 50/100 points toward completion of any unit's Special Project. This will be an informative class and we'll have a little fun as well, so I hope to see you all in class on Wed.

If you were unable to attend the live version of this class you may still receive credit by watching the recording and answering the following question: What were the two themes that my picture of the woman and the stoplight represent? To get credit for watching the recording, please put your answer to the question and the date that you watched the recording into the Special Project Assignment within this unit. You can watch this recording by clicking on the following link:

Sincerely,
