AP US History Exam Prep

Course Overview:

The purpose of this class is to prepare students for the 2013 AP US History Exam on May 15, 2013. The class lasts 9 weeks and will be divided into 4 units and a practice exam. Use the Calendar included here to note important dates. Click on the Unit pages for study material pertaining to each unit. The chapters listed her correspond to the Barron's AP US History Test Prep book.

Unit Descriptions: 

Unit 1: Meeting of the Three Peoples through the Age of Jackson (Ch 3-10, Prehistory -1844)

Unit 2: Antebellum America through Politics in the Gilded Age (Ch 11-18, 1810-1900)

Unit 3: Society in the Gilded Age through Isolation and Intervention (Ch 19-26, 1865-1945)

Unit 4: The Cold War through America in the Age of Clinton, Bush, and Obama (Ch 27-32, 1945-present)
