Unit 7 Assignment 2: "Simplicity" Selection
For Section 2 of this assignment, you must read "Simplicity", Chapter 2 from On Writing Well from William Zinsser. After reading the selection, you must answer the following questions:
1. What is Zinsser's basic argument in this selection?
2. What questions does Zinsser say a writer must constantly ask himself or herself in order to write well?
3. Is Zinsser's argument here effective? (Explain your answer, and this answer must be no less than a paragraph.)
