Golf Lounge 18 is a golf simulator lounge that recently opened in Dedham and has quickly become a unique spot for both golfers and people looking for a fun night out.
As someone who works there (full disclosure), I’ve seen how much thought and effort went into creating an environment that is welcoming, exciting, and distinct from many nearby places.
The lounge features 11 simulator bays where people can practice their swing, play virtual courses/games, or just hang out with friends. It’s a cool mix of sports, entertainment, and a social atmosphere. Even people who don’t normally golf enjoy trying it out because of its unique concept. The company also offers memberships and has league teams, which attract many people and keep them coming back. Another highlight of Golf Lounge 18 is the bar and food. The menu offers a great selection of delicious food, which definitely enhances the experience. Whether someone comes mainly for golf or mainly for the food and drinks, there’s something for everyone.
The lounge features a blend of high-tech Trackman 4 simulators for a realistic golfing experience, making it enjoyable for both serious golfers and casual groups and creating an entertainment venue beyond just golf. It also feels less like a big entertainment chain and more like a local, relaxed spot, which adds to the social vibe.
What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. Everyone is supportive and friendly, and they work well together, which makes the environment positive for both employees and customers. Since the lounge is still new, there’s also a shared excitement about helping it grow and succeed. Being part of that early stage has made working there especially rewarding.
I've found Golf Lounge 18 to be an all-around positive experience. Between the golf simulators, the amazing food, and a supportive team, it's a place that stands out. Being part of a new business as it grows has given me a new appreciation for teamwork and customer service, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the lounge continues to build its reputation in the community.
