DHS sports have begun, and our athletes are ecstatic to be competing once again. The boys soccer team is currently even with a 1-1 record along with a pair of ties against Norwood and Westwood. The girls team is undefeated, beating Norwood twice and tying Westwood twice. The field hockey team also has a couple ties under their belt. They are 0-1 with two ties against Norwood and Westwood. The golf team's ten-game season finished up last week with a record of 0-10.

Matt Mammone, Class of 2021, is a first-year sports reporter for the Dedham Mirror. He plays football for the Dedham Marauders and was the junior captain of the wrestling team. When he's not competing, Matt enjoys watching sports and hanging out with friends.
