Girls Soccer Salutes Seniors

The DHS girls varsity soccer team celebrated their "senior night" on October 17th with a thrilling 5-0 win over Millis High School. 

A variety of decorations and posters adorned the home field area. 

Each senior athlete on both teams was announced over the loudspeaker and handed flowers by their fellow teammates just before kickoff. 

During halftime, the senior Marauders walked out to half-field, where they met family members for a photo opportunity. 

The team's seniors include four captains: Lauren Pazienza, Grace Metcalf-Vera, Nicki Brown, and Peyton Teehan. All four have played a crucial role on and off the field by providing strong leadership. 

The seven other seniors (Quinn Power, Abbey Keyes, Soraya Gonzalez, Chea Michaelidis, Caroline Demeo, Sarah Buhlman, and Amanda Corrado) have also been an integral part of the team's success over the last three years.
