"I’m very excited to share the TVL championship. For the last five years we've been saying, "Banner season!" So finally getting it our senior season is unreal." - Nieve Chaplin, Grade 12
"I feel very proud of our team for this accomplishment. We all worked really hard, and making the adjustment from 7 v 7 last year back to 11 v 11, along with missing some key players from the past years was definitely difficult, but I think we all handled it amazingly well. It's amazing seeing how close we have all gotten over the season while working towards this goal, and I couldn't have wished for a better team." - Tara Duncan, Grade 11
"It’s super cool! I know everyone, including our coach Emac put in a lot of work and effort for this win, so it’s really great to be apart of it." - Fiona McCafferty, Grade 9
"It feels SO GOOD!! The team has worked so hard all season. I’m proud of everyone and the time and effort it took to get here!! Roll, Marauders!!"- Julia Haelsen, Grade 12
"It feels great! I didn’t think that we would be in the running for champions and to be co-champions is crazy. I very proud of us. #bannerseason."- Katie Sousie, Grade 12
"It’s fun to be able to celebrate with the team and Emac especially since we haven’t won since 2005." - Ella MacDougall, Grade 11
"I have been coaching Varsity Field hockey for 11 seasons now and throughout my years coaching we have been involved in the Bay State League and the Tri Valley League, and they are two of the most competitive leagues in the State. We have had a range of talent throughout the years, but this year is special. The girls work so well together on the field, and that is a product of playing together since they were in 8th grade. It is the First time in my coaching career where we have become TVL Champions, so that is super special to me. And I'm incredibly proud of my team and coaching staff for putting in the effort and pushing themselves during the season." - Emac, Coach
