I recently came across a sheet which had the food contributions of many of the attendees:

Main dishes included Swedish Meatballs (Sharon Archer), ham (Leora Baeder), chili (Patrick Burke), chili con carne (Predrag Deronja), casserole (Cathye Faraci), chicken / sausage / rice mix (Richard Grant), Chicken Lorraine (Mark Kennedy), and lasagna (Deborah Valenta).

Side dishes included veggies & onion dip (Warren Davis), tuna noodle casserole (Nancy Denker), salad (Robin Faulkner), baked macaroni & cheese (Charles Garofalo), rolls (Robert Hepperle), and ham, corn, & egg casserole (Brian Keveney). 

Desserts included hunza pudding (Lonny Buinis), cookie cake (Raymond Cooper), potato chips & pretzels (Paul D'Amico), chocolate mousse (Maia Liebowitz), quiche (John & Mary Payne), cake (Christine Roethlin), cake (Susan Toker), pie (Christopher Ward), and nachos & dip (Douglas Yeager). 

Beverages included soda (Charlene Collins), soda (Dennis Fox), juice & cups (Jeffrey Kasten), soda (Steve Runin), soda (David Rosler), tea, milk, & sugar (David Stephens), and soda (Jackie Willis).
