Tumis Putren Jamur (Sautéed Babycorn & Mushroom)

Bahan

  • 125 gr Jamur champignon-iris2 tipis, 100 ml Kaldu

  • 1 Daun salam, 2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 st Garam

  • 100 gr Putren & 1 Daun bawang-iris2, 2 sm Minyak

  • 3 Tomat cherry-potong, ½ st Pala bubuk, 1 sm Ebi

  • ½ Bawang bombay+2 Cabai merah+2 Rawit-iris2

  • 50 gr Soun-seduh air panas, ½ st Lada bubuk


Cara membuat

  • Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, salam & cabai2 sampai harum. Beri putren, jamur, garam, lada, pala & ebi, masak sampai matang.

  • Masukkkan tomat, daun bawang & soun, aduk rata. Tuangi kaldu, masak hingga kaldu terserap.


Ingredients

  • 125 gr Champignon-thinly sliced, 100 ml Broth

  • 2 Red chilies+½ Onion+2 Bird`s eye chilies-sliced

  • 100 gr Baby corn & 1 Scallion-sliced, 2 tbsp Oil

  • 3 Cherry tomato-sliced, ½ tsp ground Nutmeg

  • 50 gr Mung bean thread, ½ tsp ground Pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried Shrimp, 2 Garlic cloves-grind

  • 1 Bay leaf, 1 tsp Salt


Directions

  • Sauté garlic, onion, bay leaf & all chilies until fragrant. Add in baby corn, salt, Champignon, pepper, nutmeg & dried shrimp. Keep on stirring it until all are cooked.

  • Soak mung bean thread in hot water until soften & then drain; set it aside. Stir in tomato, green onion, mung bean thread. Pour in the broth & keep cooking until it is almost dry.
