I Fu Mie Goreng (Fried I Fu Mie)

Bahan

  • 150 gr Mie telur, 1 sm Saus tiram, ½ st Lada bubuk

  • 100 gr Udang, 5 Bakso Sapi & 250 gr Daging sapi-iris2

  • 500 ml Kaldu sapi, 1 sm Kecap ikan, 1½ sm Kecap asin

  • 1 sm Mentega, 2 Bawang putih+1 cm Jahe-haluskan

  • 1 sm Maizena+sedikit air-aduk, 2 sm Minyak wijen

  • 1 sm Angciu (opsional), 1½ st Garam, Minyak goreng

Sayuran dipotong2:

  • 50 gr Kapri, 150 gr Kembang kol, 150 gr Sawi putih

  • ½ Bawang bombay, 150 gr Wortel, 2 Daun bawang

  • 150 gr Jagung muda, ¼ Paprika hijau, 3 Jamur kancing


Cara membuat

  • Tumis bumbu halus, garam, lada, bombay, bakso & daging dengan mentega. Tuangi kaldu, didihkan. Masukkan sayuran, angciu, kecap ikan, saus tiram & kecap asin. Setelah sayuran matang, aduk masuk udang & minyak wijen. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Aduk. Sisihkan

  • Rebus mie telur di air panas, tiriskan. Tata di saringan, jangan terlalu rapat. Goreng di minyak panas sampai kaku, tiriskan. Letakkan mie di piring saji lalu siram dengan kuah sayuran.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr Egg Noodle, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tbsp Fish sauce, 500 ml Beef broth

  • 100 gr Shrimps, 5 Beef Meatballs & 250 gr Beef-sliced

  • 2 Garlic cloves & 1 cm Ginger-grind, ½ tsp ground Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch+Water-mix, 1½ tbsp salty Soy sauce

  • 1½ tsp Salt, frying Oil, 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine (optional)

Sliced Vegetables:

  • 150 gr Nappa cabbages, 150 gr Cauliflower, 3 Mushrooms

  • 2 Green onions, 50 gr Snow peas, 150 gr Baby Corns

  • 150 gr Carrots, ¼ Green Paprika, ½ Onion


Directions

  • Sauté ground spices, salt, pepper, onion, meatballs & meat with butter. Pour in broth & bring it to a boil. Add in vegetables, wine, fish sauce, oyster sauce & salty soy sauce. After all are cooked, stir in shrimps & sesame oil. Pour in cornstarch to thicken the sauce; stir well. Set it aside.

  • Cook noodles in boiling water. Remove from the water drain it. Arrange noodles in a bright fine strainer (don`t be too dense) & then fry it in hot oil until it dries & stiff. Remove from heat & drain. Place noodles in serving plate, pour the vegetables & shrimps sauce over.
