Tumis Baby Pak Choy Pedas (Stir-Fry Spicy Baby Bok Choy)

Bahan

  • 1 sm Saus soya, 200 gr Tahu-goreng & potong

  • 400 gr Baby Pak choy, 2 Bawang putih-cincang

  • 2 Cabai keriting & 2 Cabai hijau-iris2, Garam

  • 1 Daun salam, 100 ml Air, 1 sm Saus soya pekat

  • 1½ sm Tauco, 2 sm Minyak, 2 sm Saus tiram

  • 1 sm Minyak wijen, ½ st Lada bubuk

Cara membuat

  • Cuci baby pak choy, jangan dipotong. Campur bahan saus2, tauco & lada. Sisihkan semua.

  • Tumis bawang putih, cabai & salam dengan minyak di atas api sedang.

  • Masukkan campuran saus & aduk rata. Tuangi air, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pak choy & tahu. Masak hingga batang empuk tetapi masih renyah. Masukkan minyak wijen, bumbui dengan garam secukupnya lalu aduk rata.

Ingredients

  • 400 gr Baby bok choy, 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

  • 200 gr Tofu-fried & small sliced, 1 Bay leaf

  • 1 tbsp light Soy sauce, 100 ml Water, Salt

  • 2 Garlic cloves-minced, ½ tsp ground Pepper

  • 1½ tbsp Fermented soy beans, 2 tbsp Oil

  • 2 Green chilies+2 Cayenne peppers-sliced

  • 1 tbsp dark Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Directions

  • Rinse baby bok choy without slicing it. Combine all sauces ingredients, fermented soy bean & ground pepper. Set it aside.

  • Sauté the garlic, chilies & bay leaf with oil over medium heat.

  • Stir in the sauces mixture. Pour in water & bring it to a boil. Put in bok choy & tofu; cook until the stems are soften but still crunchy. Add in sesame oil & then season with enough salt; stir well.
