Tumis Daging & Sayuran Saus Hoisin (Stir-Fry Meat in Hoisin Sauce)

Bahan

  • 350 gr Daging samcan/tetelan-iris tipis

  • 50 gr Bawang bombay+150 gr Zucchini-iris2

  • 75 gr Wortel+2 Cabai merah/½ Paprika-iris2

  • 1 st Jahe cincang, 2 sm Saus Hoisin, Minyak

  • 2 Bawang putih-cincang, 1 st Maizena+2 st Air

  • 1½ sm Saus soya pekat, 1 sm Saus tiram

  • 1 st Lada hitam-gerus kasar, 1 Daun salam

  • 150 ml Air, 1 st Minyak wijen

Bahan perendam:

  • 1 st Bumbu ngohiang, ½ st Lada bubuk

  • 1 sm Saus hoisin, 1 sm Saus soya pekat


Cara membuat

  • Campur daging dengan bahan perendam, biarkan selama 15 menit. Tumis daging dengan sedikit minyak hingga daging berubah warna, angkat & sisihkan.

  • Tumis bawang putih, bombay, cabai & jahe dengan minyak di api besar sampai layu.

  • Kecilkan api ke sedang lalu masukkan daging, salam, lada hitam & saus2. Aduk rata.

  • Beri air, masak hingga mendidih & daging matang. Masukkan minyak wijen, wortel & zucchini, masak hingga sayuran matang. Tuangi larutan maizena, aduk hingga cairan mulai mengental.


Ingredients

  • 350 gr Flank steak-thinly sliced, 150 ml Water

  • 1 Bay leaf, 1 tsp Black pepper-coarsely ground

  • 75 gr Carrots & 150 gr Zucchini-sliced, Oil

  • 50 gr Onion & 2 Red chilies/½ Paprika-sliced

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil, 1½ tbsp dark Soy sauce

  • 2 cloves Garlic-minced, 1 tsp minced Ginger

  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp Corn starch+2 tsp Water

Marinade ingredients:

  • ½ tsp ground Pepper, 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp dark Soy sauce


Directions

  • Combine meat with marinade ingredients. Let it stand for ~ 15 minutes. Sauté the meat with enough oil until the meat color changed. Set it aside.

  • Sauté garlic, onion, chilies/paprika & ginger over high heat until it wilts.

  • Reduce the heat to medium; stir in the meat, bay leaf, black pepper & all sauces.

  • Pour in water; stir until the meat cooked. Add in sesame oil, carrot & zucchini; cook until the vegetable soften. Pour in corn starch mixture; keep on stirring until the sauce thickens.
