Daging Goreng Tabur Wijen (Deep Fried Meat with Sesame)

Bahan

  • 500 gr Daging sapi, 3 st Wijen-sangrai, Minyak goreng

  • 1 cm Jahe+2 Bawang merah+2 Bawang putih-haluskan

  • 1 sm Saus tiram, 1 st Lada bubuk, 1 st Saus cabai

  • 1 st Ketumbar bubuk, 2 st Air jeruk nipis, 1 st Garam

  • 2 sm Kecap asin, 2 sm Kecap manis, 2 sm Minyak wijen

  • ½ st Pala bubuk


Cara membuat

  • Campur rata bumbu halus dengan kecap2, saus2, bumbu2 lain. Iris2 daging tipis panjang.

  • Aduk rata irisan daging dengan saus. Diamkan minimal 30 menit. Goreng daging hingga kering di minyak panas. Angkat, tiriskan, taburi wijen.


Ingredients

  • 500 gr Beef, 3 st roasted Sesame seed, ½ tsp Nutmeg

  • 1 cm Ginger+2 Shallot+2 Garlic cloves-grind, frying Oil

  • 2 tbsp salty Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 tsp Lime juice, 1 tsp Chili sauce, 1 tsp ground Pepper

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder, 2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce


Directions

  • Slice the beef long & thin. Combine ground spices with all sauces & other seasoning.

  • Marinate beef for minimum 30 minutes with the mixture. Fry in hot oil until it dries & nicely brown. Lift from the oil & then drain it Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
