Roti Goreng Lapis Ayam (Fried Bread with Chicken)

Bahan
6 Roti tawar tanpa kulit, 200 gr Ayam cincang, Minyak
12 lbr Daging asap, 1 sm Kecap ikan, 2 st Kecap asin
1 Daun bawang-iris, 1½ st Ketumbar bubuk, Panir
2 sm Mentega, 4 Bawang merah-haluskan, 1½ st Lada
1 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 Telur-kocok, 3 Putih telur
Cara membuat
Potong roti menjadi 4. Ptg2 daging asap seukuran permukaan potongan roti. Tumis ayam & bumbu hls dng mentega. Angkat, aduk dng daun baw, telur kocok, ketumbar, kcp ikan, kcp asin, lada. Ltkkan septg daging asap di permukaan roti, beri 1 st adonan, tutup dng sepotong daging asap.
Celup di putih telur, gulingkan di panir. Goreng sampai kecoklatan pd kedua sisinya dlm minyak panas.

Ingredients
6 slices toast Bread without crust-quartered, Frying oil
12 slices Smoked beef, 1 Egg-beaten, 4 Shallots-grind
1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 Garlic clove-grind, 2 tbsp Butter
200 gr ground Chicken, 1½ tsp Coriander powder
1 Green onion-sliced, 2 tsp salty Soy sauce
1½ tsp Pepper, 3 Egg whites, Bread crumbs
Instructions
Cut smoked beef into the size of quartered bread surface. Sauté ground spices & chicken with butter. Remove from heat. Mix it together with green onion, egg, coriander, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper. Place 1 slice of smoked beef in the bread; put in 1 tsp of chicken mixture; top with 1 slice of smoked beef.
Dip it into the egg whites, cover with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until both sides becomes golden brown.
