Bahan
4 Jamur champignon+½ Paprika+250 gr Pak choy-iris2
150 gr Ayam-iris, ½ Bawang bombay-cincang, Garam
1 st Kecap asin, ½ st Lada, 250 ml Air, 1 Daun salam
2 cm Jahe-geprek, 2 st Saus tiram, 1 st Saus soya
2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 2 st Maizena+2 sm Air-aduk
1 st Kecap ikan
Bahan Perendam: campur semua
1 sm Saus soya, 2 st Saus tiram, 1 st Kecap manis
1 Bawang putih-haluskan, ¼ st Ketumbar
Cara membuat
Rendam ayam di bahan perendam selama ± 20 menit. Tumis bawang putih halus & bombay lalu masukkan ayam, paprika, jamur, jahe & salam. Masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
Beri air, kecap2, saus tiram & lada. Didihkan kemudian masukkan pak choy & garam secukupnya. Masak selama 2-3 menit sambil diaduk. Beri maizena, masak & aduk hingga saus mengental.
Ingredients
4 Champignons+½ Paprika+250 gr Bok choy-sliced, Salt
150 gr Chicken-sliced, ½ Onion-chopped, 1 Bay leaves
2 Garlic cloves-grind, 2 tsp Corn starch+2 tbsp Water
2 cm Ginger-bruised, ½ tsp Pepper, 1 tsp Fish sauce
2 tsp Oyster sauce, 1 tsp Soy sauce, 250 ml Water
1 tsp salty Soy sauce
Marinade ingredients: combine all
¼ tsp ground Coriander, 2 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp sweet Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 Garlic clove-grind
Directions
Marinate the chicken in the marinade mixture for 20 minutes. Sauté garlic & onion for awhile & then add in chicken, paprika, champignon, ginger & bay leaves. Cook until the chicken colour changed.
Put in water, soy sauces, fish sauce, oyster sauce & pepper. Bring it to a simmer & then put in bok choy & salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in corn starch mixture; stir & cook until the sauce thickens.
