Kentang Ongklok (Steamed Potatoes with Garlic Butter)

Bahan

  • 600 gr Kentang sedang-kupas, 2 sm Keju parut, 1 st Garam

  • 2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 sm Daun seledri cincang

  • 3 sm Mentega, 1 sm Daun dill cincang (opsional)


Cara membuat

  • Potong2 kentang menjadi 4 lalu lumuri dengan garam. Kukus kentang hingga matang.

  • Sementara itu, lelehkan mentega dengan api sedang lalu tumis bawang putih. Sisihkan

  • Selagi panas, masukkan kentang ke dalam panci besar. Beri seledri, dill, mentega+bawang putih & keju. Aduk rata. Tutup panci lalu kentang dihentakkan/digoyang2kan di dalam panci sehingga kentang sedikit memar.


Ingredients

  • 600 gr medium size Potatoes-peeled, 2 tbsp grated Cheese

  • 2 Garlic cloves-grind, 1 tbsp chopped Celery, 1 tsp Salt

  • 3 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp chopped Dill (optional)


Directions

  • Slice potatoes into 4 & then rub it with salt. Steam until it's cooked.

  • Melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté ground garlic; set it aside.

  • While the potato still hot, place it in a large pot. Toss in celery, dill, garlic butter & cheese until the potatoes well-coated. Cover the pot, shakes the potato in the pot & give the pan a couple of slam on the table so that the potato bruised a little bit.
