Oseng2 Toge Tahu (Sautéed Bean Sprouts & Tofu)

Bahan
200 gr Toge, 1 Wortel-iris korek api, 1 st Kecap ikan
1 st Lada, 2 Cabai merah-iris, 2 Daun Bawang-iris
3 Bawang merah & 1 Bawang putih-haluskan, 75 ml Air
125 gr Tahu-potong dadu & goreng, 1 sm Saus tiram
1 st Kaldu ayam bubuk, 3 sm Minyak goreng, Garam
½ st Ketumbar bubuk, 2 sm Kecap manis
Cara membuat
Tumis bawang mrh, baw pth & cabai sampai harum. Mskkan wortel, masak sampai wortel empuk tapi tak lembek. Beri toge, lada, kaldu, ketumbar & garam. Masak sampai toge panas.
Beri daun bawang, tahu, kecap mns & air, aduk hingga tercampur dng baik.
Ingredients
200 gr Bean sprouts, 75 ml Water, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Carrot-shredded, 2 Green onions-sliced, 1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Coriander powder, 3 tbsp Oil, 2 Red chilies-sliced
1 tsp Fish sauce, 3 Shallots & 1 Garlic cloves-grind
1 tsp Chicken broth powder, 2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce
125 gr Tofu-diced & then fried, Salt
Directions
Sauté shallots, garlic & chilies until fragrant. Add in the carrots; cook until carrots are tender but not wilted. Stir in the bean sprouts, pepper, broth, coriander & salt. Cook until the bean sprouts are hot.
Put in green onion, tofu, soy sauce, fish sauce & water; stir until all are combined.
