Bahan
500 gr Daging-iris setebal 1 cm, 5 sm Margarin
1 st Lada, 1 st Pala, 3 Bawang putih-haluskan
2 sm Kecap manis, 2 sm Kecap asin, 1 st Cuka
Buncis & Wortel-iris lalu rebus, Jagung-rebus
Kentang goreng, ½ Bawang bombay-iris
Saus:
1 st Lada hitam butir, 1 sm Kecap asin, 1 st Gula
1 st Maizena+1 sm Air, ½ st Garam, 150 ml Susu
1 sm Mentega
Cara membuat
Pukul2 daging sampai sedikit tipis. Campur rata lada bubuk, pala bubuk, bawang putih, cuka, kecap manis & asin. Rendam daging di dalamnya selama 1 jam. Tumis bawang bombay dengan margarin, masukkan daging, goreng sampai daging matang. Angkat daging & sisihkan. Biarkan margarin & bawang bombay tetap di pan.
Saus: Campur susu, kecap asin, garam, lada hitam, gula & mentega dengan bawang bombay & margarin bekas menggoreng daging. Didihkan, masukkan larutan maizena. Aduk hingga mengental.
Pipil jagung lalu campur dengan wortel & buncis. Susun kentang goreng, bistik & sayuran di piring saji. Tuang saus di atas daging.
Ingredients
500 gr Beef-slice into 1 cm thick, ½ Onion-sliced
1 tsp Pepper, 5 tbsp Margarine, 1 tsp ground Nutmeg
2 tbsp salty Soy sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar, fried Potatoes
2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, 3 Garlic cloves-grind
Corn-boiled, Beans & Carrots-sliced & boiled
Gravy:
1 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Sugar, 150 ml Milk, ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black peppercorns, 1 tbsp salty Soy sauce
1 tsp Corn starch+1 tbsp Water
Directions
Pound sliced beef until it's thinner. Combine ground pepper, nutmeg, garlic, vinegar & both soy sauces well. Marinate beef on the mixture for 1 hour. Sauté onion with the margarine. Put in beef & fry until it's cooked. Remove beef from the heat. Keep remaining margarine & onion on the pan.
Gravy: Add milk, salty soy sauce, salt, peppercorns, sugar & butter into the remaining margarine-onion. Bring it to a boil. Pour in corn starch mixture & stir until the gravy thickens.
Cut the kernels off the corn. Mix all vegetables together. Place the vegetables, steak & fried potatoes in serving plates. Pour the gravy on top of the steak.
