Bahan
6-8 Tomat cherry-iris, 3 sm Terigu+4 sm Susu
200 gr Daging cincang, 3 st Peterseli cincang, 3 Telur
2 Bawang merah-iris, 1 st Marjoram/oregano, Olive oil
6 st Keju cheddar parut, 2 sm Mentega, ¾ st Garam
1 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 Cabai-iris, 1 st Lada
Cara membuat
Tumis bawang putih & bombay dng mentega hingga harum. Tambahkan sedikit olive oil, mskkan daging, cabai, marjoram, ½ st grm & ½ st lada. Masak hingga daging matang.
Kocok telur dng sisa garam & lada. Mskkan adonan terigu, aduk rata. Panaskan wajan dadar dng api kecil-sedang. Stlh pns, mskkan olive oil. Buat dadar2 tipis/crepe.
Di tengah setiap crepe letakkan 1-1½ sm daging, 1 sm tomat, 1 st keju parut, taburi peterseli. Lipat semua dadar/crpes sampai menutupi adonan isi.
Letakkan dadar di piring tahan panas. Beri sisa tomat, taburi keju parut. Panaskan di microwave sampai keju leleh (Panggang di oven sebentar).
Ingredients
3 Eggs, 3 tbsp Flour+4 tbsp Milk, 1 clove Garlic-grind
200 gr minced Beef, 1 tsp Marjoram/Oregano, Olive oil
6-8 CherryTomatoes-cut, 6 tsp grated Cheddar cheese
3 tsp chopped Parsley, 2 Shallots-sliced, 1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Butter, ¾ tsp Salt, 1 Red chili-sliced (optional)
Directions
Sauté onion & garlic with butter until fragrant. Add in some olive oil; put in beef, chili, marjoram/oregano, ½ tsp salt & ½ tsp pepper. Fry until the beef cooked. Set aside.
Beat eggs with the rest of salt & pepper. Add in flour mixture, mix well. Preheat a crêpes/small pan over low-medium heat. Put in olive oil. Make thin pancakes/crêpes.
In the center of each crêpes, put 1-1½ tbsp minced beef, 1 tbsp tomatoes, 1 tsp grated cheese & sprinkle some parsley. Fold the crêpes until it covers the filling.
Put folded crêpes in a heat resistance plate. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese & tomato. Bake it in microwave just until the cheese melted (Bake in oven for awhile).
