(BUD is blown away at what just transpired -- it seemed a little too real to be a dream.)
BUD
Whoa!
KIM
What?
BUD
I think your Goddess just kissed me.
KIM
Feel lucky. She doesn’t usually think much of men.
BUD
No, I mean, one second I was here and the next, I was somewhere else.
KIM
She’s like that. The Goddess moves in mysterious ways. Did she say anything about the DEA?
BUD
No, no, she just said she was ovulating or something.
KIM
Hmmmm. Well. So, We can count on you to keep Our secret?
BUD
Yeah, sure, whatever. You don’t think that’s weird?
KIM
What?
BUD
Being in this room with you one second, with your Goddess the next, and then back in here again.
KIM
No, not at all. The Goddess does as she pleases. She’s, all-powerful, all-seeing, all-knowing -- at least a large degree more than any of Us -- and that’s plenty to think about already. This is her house. If you’re gonna stay with Us, you had better get used to that.
BUD
I’ll try.
KIM
Wonderful. Come, let Us go get dressed for the Sundown Celebration. It will be nightfall before We know it.
