Vanilla Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Directions

  1. Place everything into a blender and give it a whir.
