Pomegranate Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a 2-quart or larger saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
